Fanatics is seeking a Billing Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, creating credit memos, and working with the AR – Credit Team.

• Fanatics Betting & Gaming, a mobile betting, gaming, and retail sportsbook platform.

FHI employees are expected to be on-site 4-days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily work remotely up to 20 days per year based on business levels.

Responsibilities Include:

• Process Credits and Rebills, ensuring all revenue and cost is accounted for
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve billing disputes
• Work with appropriate staff to ensure orders are correct to capture accurate billing details
• Complete monthly balancing within ERP system
• Calculate complex credit memos and reconcile any differences
• Post credit memos within ERP system
• Conduct research, as needed, to resolve invoice and credit memo disputes
• Maintain organized records
• Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
• Cross-train to preform task of the Fanatics Wholesale Billing Specialist

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

• 2 years experience in billing or A/R role
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Broad accounting knowledge how use of GL accounts affect others downstream
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Basic Word, Outlook, and other general computer knowledge
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
